New Year's Resolutions or Goals? Do you make New Year's Resolutions and actually keep them? Yeah, me either.  That's why I started creating goals instead of resolutions. Goals are easier to keep track of and you can make them measurable and attainable. For example, if you make a resolution to clean and organize your house, do you really think you will follow through? Probably not. Setting small, measurable goals for yourself Instead, let's create small, measurable goals. Goal 1: In order to have a more organized home, I will pick one item to donate or discard at least once a week. As you go week by week, you can assess how you are doing with your goal.   Are you successful? Can you upgrade the goal to 2 items per week?
